Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

This policy forms an integral part of the website’s Terms of Service and governs the conditions for returns, exchanges, and cancellations of transactions made through the website.

Any return, exchange, or cancellation is subject to this policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law, including consumer protection legislation.

Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, subject to proof of purchase and the conditions set forth below.

A return or exchange will only be accepted after prior approval from RGSHOP and only if the product:

✔ Has not been used

✔ Is free from damage, defects, or excessive wear

✔ Includes all original labels, accessories, and packaging

RGSHOP reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The customer is responsible for:

The cost of returning the product to RGSHOP
The cost of shipping the replacement product

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene, safety, professional-use, and legal reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Professional Rhythmic Gymnastics Equipment

Balls
Clubs
Hoops
Ropes
Sticks
Ribbons

Including products from the following brands:

SASAKI
CHACOTT
VENTURELLI
PASTORELLI

To avoid mistakes, customers are encouraged to consult their coach or instructor before placing an order.

Additional Non-Returnable Products

Hair accessories
Cosmetics and beauty products
Underwear
Half shoes
Pointe shoes
Custom-made or personalized products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation of Transactions

Customers may cancel transactions in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Distance Sale of Goods

A purchase may be canceled from the date of the transaction until 14 days after receiving the product, or from the date the legally required disclosure document is received, whichever is later.

Distance Sale of Services

A service purchase may be canceled within 14 days from the transaction date or from receipt of the required disclosure document, whichever is later.

Ongoing Services

The transaction may be canceled whether or not the service has already commenced.

Non-Ongoing Services

Cancellation is permitted provided notice is given at least two business days before the scheduled service date.

Transactions That Cannot Be Cancelled

In accordance with applicable law, cancellation rights do not apply to:

Products specially manufactured for the customer
Customized or personalized products
Any other products exempt from cancellation rights under applicable law

Refunds Following a Lawful Cancellation

When a cancellation is made in accordance with the law:

✔ The amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice

✔ The transaction charge will be canceled where applicable

✔ Confirmation of cancellation will be provided

✔ A cancellation fee may be charged as permitted by law, not exceeding 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower

If the customer has already received the product, it must be returned to RGSHOP according to the instructions provided.

Conditions for Receiving a Refund

A refund or cancellation for a product will only be approved if the product is returned:

✔ In its original packaging

✔ Unused

✔ Without damage, defects, or deterioration

✔ With all original labels and accessories

RGSHOP reserves the right to seek compensation for any reduction in the value of a product caused by use or deterioration beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
